Order Processing
- Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

- We ship to the contiguous United States.

Order Tracking

Delivery Issues
- Delays: Carrier delays, weather, or high‑volume periods may extend delivery beyond 12 business days.
- Marked “Delivered” but not received: Check with household members and neighbors, and wait 24–48 hours. If still missing, contact the carrier and then email us at [support email] with your order number.

Shipping Fees and Taxes
